She spent the next two and half years teaching at an AMI certified Montessori school in San Diego, California, where she met her husband Steve. In 2008, she moved to Boston to pursue a MBA at Babson College and founded the Community Montessori School in 2010.  She loves building relationships with her students while teaching them the skills necessary to be independent and helping them to find their own voice.
